Mirakurun

Mirakurun is a lightweight, high-performance API server for Japanese digital TV tuners, designed to stream and manage "Air" (terrestrial) broadcasts over a network. It is intended for developers building custom TV recording or viewing applications, offering a RESTful interface that abstracts hardware tuner complexity.
