Claude Code for Visual Studio (native diff with accept/reject)

This project brings Claude Code’s native diff with accept/reject functionality to Visual Studio, filling a gap where only VS Code and JetBrains had official support. Built in response to a popular GitHub feature request, it implements the same protocol as the official plugins, allowing developers to review and selectively apply AI-generated code changes directly within Visual Studio. It’s interesting because it extends a powerful AI-assisted workflow to a major IDE that was previously overlooked, driven by community demand.
