HyperSleep
productivityHyperSleep is a productivity tool that blocks access to social media and other distracting apps until the user has logged a full night’s sleep, verified through a wearable or manual check-in. It’s designed for people who struggle with late-night doomscrolling and want to enforce healthier sleep habits by making rest a prerequisite for digital access. The project is interesting because it reframes productivity not as doing more, but as protecting the biological foundation of focus—sleep—through a simple, hard constraint.
