I built a terminal app to scan a whole folder of QR codes because my dad needed to catalog hundreds of receipts

This terminal app scans an entire folder of QR codes in batch, automatically extracting and cataloging data from hundreds of receipt images. Built for the developer’s father, it solves the tedious manual task of logging each code individually. The project is interesting because it turns a simple, personal need into a practical devtool that demonstrates how automation can eliminate repetitive work for non-technical users.
