Orca is a next-generation agent development environment (ADE) designed for engineers and researchers managing fleets of parallel AI coding agents. It allows users to run any coding agent using their own API subscriptions, accessible from both desktop and mobile. This project is interesting because it shifts agent orchestration from a single-task tool to a scalable, multi-agent control system, enabling complex, concurrent workflows.
